HOW TO MAKE DINNER
I've opened up FOUR dates continuing through May 14th for an immersive, fun, inspiring, hands-on experience in person at Roof Garden in Toronto.
Each class will focus on one key concept, ingredient or technique — all designed to inspire you to cook more (and host more!) at home.
Taken as standalone classes, they’re a fun way to get you out of the house for a night and add a great new tool to your culinary toolkit. Taken as a holistic learning series, How to Make Dinner will transform the way you cook at home (and give you the inspiration and know-how to cook more often)
And because it’s a Chef Jen experience, you know it’ll be relaxed, vibey and super fun. And you'll learn a whole bunch. Promise.

These days it seems like social media is not where we go to get informed or inspired- it’s where we get exhausted, gripped by decision fatigue, and straight into our Uber Eats apps. Using a tailored approach to each class member, we’ll take the guesswork out of improving your protein ratios. I’ll share my tips and tricks that I’ve used with my own championship pro-athlete clients over the years to help you achieve your dietary goals without sacrificing time (OR flavour!)

We'll take a humble chicken and transport it to eternal bliss starting with our simple Roasting technique - a basic skill that requires no amount of trussing or fussing. We'll transform the leftovers three ways, into dishes that will make our weekdays a bit more efficient and our weeknights a bit more nourishing.
